Its just a mater of time that cloud computing will function just like having a personal computer in the cloud.|||This is like asking which is better, Ford or Chevy. As far as data interaction, both have APIs that can be used to access the data, you would have to weigh the APIs against your specific needs to determine which is better. It comes back to the same thing, how do you pick which one is better when you don't know what you care about. I.E. the ford may get better mileage, but if you have a family of 8 people and are comparing a chevy suburban to a ford escort, yes the escort will get much better mileage but it won't meet your needs, so it's clearly not the winner.
